Thank you to all of you that visited our booth at the New Hampshire Builders and Remodelers Home Show in Manchester this weekend. It is very satisfying to see and hear people's appreciation for our joinery and craftsmanship. It was fun for me just to watch people walk by looking up at the joinery or touching (even pushing!) on the frame to see if it was real! (click here to see photo of booth at a prior show) A number of you commented on the little extra touches we put into our frames such as the curved braces, relieved edges and "lambs tongue" routs. Its those subtle detais that I feel give a frame a little elegance and improved aesthetic. And there are practical reasons too, the curve in the brace adds a couple inches headroom and the softer edges are less vulnerable to dings and damge, eastern white pine is a "softwood" after all!
Anyway, for those of you that came to the show please follow this link and pick out your appreciation gift. Just send me an email with your name, address, phone number and item request and we'll ship it out to you within a few days.
Thanks again and please stay in touch so we can help you plan your new home. We're happy to work with you in the development of your plans for permitting, appraisal, estimates and bank approval. Better still we expect no commitment from you to use our frame. When the design is complete feel free to shop around, and check out what our competition has to offer. I'm very confident that if you're happy with the plan and we do a good job of fitting your plan to your budget you won't be able to find a better match than us for what you need.

p.s. Sorry about the wrinkly shirts, I guess I should have ironed them before the photo!
