Many of us have had a special day spoiled by rain. Even if we can erect a tent to fend off a possible deluge, that high-maintenance option to preserve a garden party tends to fall short.
A pavilion can help you enjoy the outdoor life throughout the warm seasons of the year, without having to check the weather forecast each day. This attractive addition to your grounds will always be there for future birthday parties and family celebrations—along with countless comfortable summer afternoons in the shade, overlooking a favorite view.
Your pavilion can also be used for a specialized purpose – as an outdoor kitchen or bar, as a carpark, or, with some screening, as a relaxing refuge from pesky bugs.

Brooks Post & Beam offers pavilion kits in a number of pre-drawn sizes, but you can also request a different size that works for your site and planned uses. We may need to modify the structure based on the design requirements for your location. Since it’s made with a Brooks frame, there’s always the option to close in the pavilion with walls any time in the future.
Our first goal is to listen to what you want and answer your questions about plan and construction options. From gathering ideas to putting the final touches on your project, Brooks Post & Beam is your guide. We provide a roadmap of what to expect, turn your needs and wants into professional timber frame designs and, in turn, frames, and we support and strengthen your relationships with contractors.
Our decades of experience and our personal relationships with clients allow us to support them with empathy and integrity. Each person who works in our small company gets to know our clients in a way that makes this support a personal mission for each of us: We want to make your dream a reality and protect you from foreseeable trouble in the process.
We recognize that erecting the timber frame is only the beginning of the construction process. We will remain available to you and your builder throughout the process, to answer any questions and to offer suggestions on construction details, materials, and finishes. And we hope that you will invite us back when the project is complete so that we may take photos of your completed project for our photo gallery!
